I print my images exclusively on metal. My metal prints have a glass like finish, and extremely vibrant colors and tones,
My Metal prints are archival, scratch resistant, and are easy to maintain. The dimensional stability of the metal print means that it can placed almost anywhere and can withstand fluctuations in temperature and humidity. They also hold up well against high heat. Necessary for artwork hung in specific corporate and public environments. All of my pieces have a floating mount on the back and arrive ready to hang. All pieces are signed and editioned. Pieces are available in the following sizes: 24X24", 30X30", 36X36", 40X40", 48X48". Custom sizes are available in sizes as large as 96X96".
Cost: Only art that is 24X24 and Larger can be leased. the monthly cost of the lease is 5% of the price of the artwork A deposit of 20% of the price of the artwork for sizes up to 36X36 is required upfront, 25% for 40X40 and larger. The cost of Ground shipping to anywhere in the continental United States is included in the deposit.
Lease Durations: My artwork leases are 3, 6, and 12 months in duration. There is no maximum leasing term. All lease charges up to 12 months can applied as a credit towards the purchase of the art work.
Buyout: You may purchase the leased artwork at any time.
Insurance: Insurance of the artwork is your responsibility. The artwork must be returned in its’ original condition without any signs of damage. If at the end of the lease it is determined that the artwork has sustained damage while you will be responsible for payment of the full original retail price.
Non-Payment: In the event legal action is necessary to enforce the payment terms of this Agreement, Michael James Murray shall be entitled to collect from the Customer any judgment or settlement sums due plus reasonable attorneys fees, court costs and other expenses incurred by the Company for such collection action and, in addition, the reasonable value of the expenses spent for such collection action, as governed by the State of Maine.
